To become a member of MELA, download, complete, and submit the appropriate application form below.  Environmental Testing Laboratories may apply for Full Membership, while other firms with an interest in the environmental testing field may apply for Affiliate Membership.  Additional individuals from the same firm may apply for Associate Membership.


Annual Dues:
